Frequently asked questions

Our advertised standard rental policy is a minimum 6-month lease and a $2,000 security deposit. Your vehicle, exact term, rent, due date and deposit must be completed in the signed agreement; the public sample leaves these fields blank. The deposit is not rent credit and is refundable within 30 days after the lease ends and inspection, less permitted deductions and subject to the agreement. Early termination without purchase forfeits the deposit under the agreement. Monthly rent is plus applicable sales tax (7% in the sample). Confirm your written quote before reserving.

Rent to Own may be available depending on the unit and approval. A larger initial deposit may apply. Our office must confirm the exact payments, deposit and ownership terms; standard rental prices are not a Rent to Own offer.

During the first 30 calendar days, RentasFlo covers only repairs reasonably necessary to correct normal-wear or pre-existing defects at delivery. Misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper operation and inadequate daily cleaning or maintenance are excluded. Notify RentasFlo immediately; prior written authorization is required before ordering repairs at RentasFlo’s expense, except the emergency exception described in the agreement. After day 30, the renter pays all maintenance, inspections, service calls, labor, parts, repairs, replacements, towing and upkeep. Manufacturer warranty approval is not guaranteed.

Simple Rent does not renew automatically. Return the unit at the agreed end date; any extension or renewal requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Early termination without a purchase is treated as default and forfeits the security deposit under the agreement. A purchase of a unit from RentasFlo or Smart Food Truck may qualify for the purchase-related termination option with 30 days’ written notice and a mutually agreed purchase price. The deposit may be applied to the purchase or refunded, less permitted deductions. Read Sections XI–XIII for the complete conditions and remedies.

RentasFlo rentals are available only for fixed operating locations in Florida. The program is not intended for daily or weekend events, festivals, or frequent moves between locations. This is our service and fleet-support policy. Contact us to confirm whether your location qualifies.

The renter must obtain and maintain all required licenses, permits, insurance and regulatory approvals. RentasFlo does not provide, obtain or guarantee an MFDV license for the renter. Existing licenses may require owner/operator or commissary updates before operation. Available lessor-side documents may be provided when applicable. Proof of the insurance and endorsements required by the agreement must be supplied before possession, including general liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate and applicable vehicle coverage. A generator is not included. Read Section VIII and IX of the agreement for the complete requirements.

Rent is due in full on or before the due day specified in your agreement. The sample agreement provides a $50 per day late fee and default after 5 days of non-payment. A returned payment carries a $25 fee. Default may result in termination, repossession and other remedies described in the agreement.
